All you need is :
- 1 cup non-dairy milk ( I used the hazelnut one )
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- 4 Tbsp coconut milk ( canned )
For toppings:
- 1 banana ( sliced )
- 1 tsp honey or other sweetener
Method:
Mix in the bowl milk, chia and coconut milk. Wait for 5 munutes and then stir again. Chill in the fridge overnight.
Stir well before serving and add your favorite toppings!
