Cheesy chilli kale chips

Hello again!

How is your week going? Actually it's almost weekend and I am super excited about it, although I had 2 weeks of holiday. Yep, I'm a lazy girl. But it doesn't mean I'm not gonna post anything here, quite the opposite- cooking, making photos of food, editing this all and sharing it with you guys makes me more lively and energetic!
Green color also make me feel better, so I decided to do something that I've been planning for a while. Kale chips! They are super crispy, aromatic and in my case - spicy and cheesy! You can bring them with you to school, work, gym and any other places you go.


 Ingredients:
-3 cups kale
-2 Tbsp olive oil
-1 tsp chilli powder
-3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
-2 Tbsp hazelnut
 -salt and pepper ( optional)

Method:

Preheat oven to 300 F/ 150 C. Put the kale into a large bowl and add olive oil, mix it using hands. Place the rest of the ingredients in a food processor or just ground them in a mortar, like I did. Combine with the kale and spread it into a baking pan, so that every leave is golden brown and crispy. Bake for 15 minutes, flipping it to ensure that everything is done. Set aside to cool, enjoy!
