These bars are the best choice if you are looking for an afternoon snack. They are super simple to make, without sugar, vegan and amazingly delicious!
Actually, you can add whatever you have in your kitchen, because later one way or another you have to mix everything. Remember that oats are the base!
Ingredients :
1,5 cup rolled oats
100 g nuts
100 g dried fruit ( such as cranberries, apricots, plums, goji berries )
2 bananas
1 orange ( zest and juice )
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp powdered ginger
1/2 Tbsp
1 Tbsp cinnamon
water
Method :
1. Preheat an oven to 180 C / 350 F.
2. Heat mashed bananas with orange juice in a medium pot. Meanwhile, blend slightly all the dry ingredients in a food processor or simply with blender. Put it into a pot and add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Cook everything on a low heat. Spread a baking pan with butter, next put a baking sheet and then place the "dough".
4. Bake for about 40 minutes until gold and crispy.
